Review the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), which can be found here. Fill out, sign and send the Application for Membership to us at info@asiab2b.org. The application form can be found here. Please ensure that all requested information is provided, as we cannot process incomplete forms. By signing the application for membership you agree to having read, understood and accepted the MoU.

The membership approval process will take 10 working days. Once membership is approved, the AsiaB2B secretariat will contact the person registered as your company’s main representative and issue an invoice for the membership fee.

Once we have received your membership fee, we will add your company to the membership list published on our website and all representatives of your company will be assigned personal logins.

AsiaB2B membership auto-renews on an annual basis. A membership fee invoice will be sent to each member one month before the renewal date.
Requests for termination of membership should be mailed to the secretariat at least one month before the renewal date. An acknowledgement will be sent upon approval. Upon termination of termination, all member company information will be removed from the AsiaB2B website and logins will be deactivated. Please note that the membership fee cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
